Honestly, these guys are pretty amazing! I got an awesome deal with a 2006 PT CRUISER. Which was the exact car I wanted when I was looking. The car only had 86,000 miles on it. And I only pay $60 a week. I personally worked with Jace, he is so easy to work with, main reason why I am writing my review is because I changed jobs and my pay periods got switched and my first check was held, Jace was awesome with resetting up my pay schedule. I'm very happy with my experience with them thus far. And highly recommend getting a car with them.
I looked online for a used car starting on 4/9/17.. it is now 4/28/17. On 4/9 I was pre-approved for a 2010 Ford Escape, white in color from the Owatonna lot. Immediately the next day I called to figure out when I could come look at it, wasn't available. Okay, fine.. So keep looking, keep looking. Went to the Winona lot 4/17 and test drove a 2007, black in color. okay, this is doable, I like this one. The guy I've been dealing with, Jace went through my application with me and told me it would take a few days but he would be calling me at 2 pm on 4/20.. Thursday came around, no calls. I looked online again and saw a 2009, dark grey in color at the Owatonna lot. Called Jace on Friday, first I was told he was at lunch so I talked to Dandi and asked him about the update on my application because I had not gotten a call the previous day. Dandi asks me if my job is in Cross plains, WI and I live in La Crosse, WI and I said yes. Dandi said Jace would call me after lunch, then shortly after said Jace is now back from lunch and he put Jace on the phone. Jace informed me they would not be able to approve me since my job was not in the same city I live in, thus I would be putting several miles on the car each week. So I asked if I were to get a job in La Crosse would I be approved and will that look bad on my application? He said it would look better than me getting fired or choosing to quit because I didn't like the job, i stated I had an interview the previous day and would be finding out 4/24 if I have the job or not. Jace says to call him Monday when I find out. So I call on Monday when I find out that I do indeed have the job, once again Jace is "on lunch," of course. So I talk to Dandi again and he confirms Jace was helping me look at a car, etc etc. Dandi then wants me to get in contact with one of my friends who has a car there and apparently they aren't able to get ahold of to have her contact them. So I did (Even though that's not my job to do). Dandi says Jace will call me after he gets back from lunch, okay.. a few hours go by, no call. So I call back again and talk to Jace and tell him I want to test drive the 2009 from Owatonna, he said he could get the car delivered by the next day anx told me he would be in contact with me on 4/25. Tuesday comes, no calls.. So I called to check the status of the car and my application (keep in mind, I've had my down payment, insurance, everything all ready to go this ENTIRE time). Jace tells me the car is being delivered on Tuesday, he will call me when it gets there. Waited several more hours, no calls. Realized on Wednesday they were closed, also noticed another 2010 in Winona posted, silver in color, several thousand less miles, 500$ more, same monthly payment, same down payment and 4wd, sounds like a good deal. But I had to wait until Thursday to get in contact again.. I waited until about 11:00 AM, 4/27.. called & surprise, surprise... Jace is on lunch AGAIN, how convenient.. so I talk to Dandi, ask him for an update, he says the 2009 was dropped off later in the day 4/25 and that Jace would call me when he gets back from lunch. Jace never called, I waited a few hours and called him. what do you know, he suddenly forgot who I was and what vehicle I want. I clarify and ask if I can come in there to test drive the 2010 and 2009, he states that he doesn't believe the 2010 is on hold but he wasn't 100% But that he was pretty sure it isnt, cool! I get there and tell the guy at the counter which cars I was there to test drive and Jace pipes up "as I stated, it was MOST LIKELY on hold and it is." (Uh, no you actually said the opposite) Jace tells me this guy coming at 11 AM on 4/28 has priority over me because he was already approved. (WHAT!!) I have had everything they've needed from me this whole time plus I was approved and pre approved.. I bit my tongue and drove the 2009, noticed a squeaking noise and certain things not working, gonna be looked at. 4 cars that just got sold under me, NONE were held for me? 20 days&4cars later, I still do not have one now.

Gotta vehicle and it's not in there name it's in someone else's name. Will not go back there again. Don't want the vehicle that I just got from them. They can have it right back. Not going to be stopped and it's in someone else's name so it's basically stolen, even though I have the paper work, but the paper work is all good but I'm not going to be responsible for it.
