I am a landlord and a small business owner as well and I can say that Dale's has been awesome to work with. Dale's has the best and newest carpet cleaning equipment in the area. We have used other professional carpet cleaning businesses and they have proven to be unreliable and more expensive. Dale's shows up on time or early for scheduled appointments and charges .10 per square foot LESS than his competitors. We always receive an estimate before the work is started and an invoice when the work is complete as well as a receipt when the invoice has been paid. I would highly recommend Dale's for any carpet or upholstery cleaning needs. 5 stars!!!
Would not recommend. Rude employees, demanded cash on the spot even though carpet cleaning is usually billed (failed to mention this when setting up appointment). Didn't want to except a check, felt very shady and unprofessional. Expensive, charged $125 for 3 small rooms and refused to give an itemized bill. Clearly seemed used to ripping off college kids. Go somewhere else if you value customer service!
