Pleasant and prompt customer service
Now I have to take time off work to go to my doctor's office in order address this mess and try to understand exactly what happened (plus I still don't have my medication which I am supposed to take nightly). I have filled this prescription with Goltz for the past 8 years; it should not be this difficult to fill simple non-narcotic eye drops, smh.....
For some reason the pharmacist (younger blond woman with glasses) pleasantly refused to fill it due to "conflicting information" on the form...? Perhaps because the form said to refill my prescription and to contact the office -though I fail to see why these are mutually exclusive?
Avoid at all cost
I have refilled my eye drops every other month with Goltz for the past 8 years, but now since this incident I have completely lost faith in this pharmacy and am no longer using nor recommending them any longer.

Our Family has used Goltz Pharmacy for over 60 years and would go to no other! Made the mistake of running out of a prescription on a Holiday weekend and had no choice but to call Mr. Goltz and explain our predicament, without hesitation, He said, " I will meet you at the back door in 15 minutes." I will never forget how he went out of his way to help us! He could have told me, Sorry We Are Closed, go to Walmart or Walgreens, but he didn't. You really think Walmart or Walgreens would go out of their way to open after hours for you? The personal attention and friendly knowledgeable owner and staff, make it what it is today! A true family friendly environment with everything you could need, even some good candy if you desire it!
Wow has this place gone downhill since they were sold and are no longer owned locally!! My doctor faxed over a prescription renewal that said to refill my eye drops once more and to also contact him (I was due for an appointment which I had actually made before going to Goltz).
If Goltz hires pharmacists who cannot accurately decipher a very simple request for 1 more refill, how can I trust them to fill any prescription of mine accurately? I would be afraid they would give me either the wrong medication or add/omit a zero for dosage...
